A good fit when
Almost everyone comes for the same thing, a coffee, a sandwich or a drink: one stamp per visit is then perfectly clear.
You want one obvious reward for guests to save towards, with nothing to explain at the bar.
Another card type suits you better
Do your guests spend widely different amounts per visit? Then a points card rewards your best guests the most all by itself. And if your place is less about saving and more about belonging, the occasional surprise and never missing out, look at the member card.
