The digital loyalty card for hospitality
No plastic card and no app: your card in your guests' Wallet, with the benefits you decide on. Saving can sit alongside it.
More than 450 hospitality businesses and 50,000 guests came before you.

What is a digital loyalty card?
A digital loyalty card is a card in Apple and Google Wallet instead of a plastic one. Your guest always has it on them, and you decide which benefits go on it. Saving can sit alongside it, with stamps or points.
Sending messages to a loyalty card
Because the loyalty card lives in the wallet, OnMe can send messages to it. They arrive as a push notification, without you needing a phone number or an email address. A plastic card can do none of that.
How the loyalty card works in Apple and Google Wallet
Simple for you and for your guests.
Add the card
Your guest scans the QR at the bar and the card is in Apple or Google Wallet. No app involved.
Receive benefits
Cardholders get coupons, gifts and benefits on the card. You decide what.
Save if you want to
Add a saving element: stamps per visit, or points per euro spent.

When does the loyalty card fit, and when does it not?
A good fit when
You want to be rid of plastic cards that end up in a drawer at home and tell you nothing about your guest.
You want to give your regulars benefits and be able to reach them, without a phone number or an email address.
Is saving what it is really about for you?
Then look at the stamp card (per visit) or the points card (per euro). It all fits on the same card, so combining them works too.

What is the difference with a plastic loyalty card?
A plastic card ends up in a drawer at home and tells you nothing about your guest. The card in the wallet is always on them, always up to date, and you can send personal messages to it.
Do my guests have to download an app?
No. The loyalty card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on every phone. Scan the QR, add the card, done.
Can my guests save with the card as well?
Yes. You add a saving element: stamps per visit or points per euro. You can switch between them or combine them at any time.
What do I get to know about my guests?
You see who has your card, who comes more often and who you have not seen in a while. Enough to send the right message at the right moment, well within the privacy rules.
What does the digital loyalty card cost?
OnMe costs € 50 per month. That covers everything: the loyalty card, the automatic campaigns and the insight into your guests. Every card type sits under the same subscription. See pricing
How quickly is the loyalty card live?
Within minutes. We set the card up together with you, carrying your name, your colours and your benefits.
