The digital member card for hospitality
For your loyal core: coupons, gifts and benefits, right in their Wallet. The more often your guest comes, the more they get.
More than 450 hospitality businesses and 50,000 guests came before you.

What is a digital member card?
A digital member card is a card in Apple and Google Wallet that turns your regulars into members. They get something other guests do not: coupons, gifts and benefits. Your guest needs no app for it.
Sending messages to your members
Because the member card lives in the wallet, OnMe can send messages to it. They arrive as a push notification, without you needing a phone number or an email address. On social media you might reach 10% of your guests; your members you reach every single one.
How the member card works in Apple and Google Wallet
Simple for you and for your guests.
Add the card
Your guest scans the QR at the bar and the card is in Apple or Google Wallet. No app involved.
Receive benefits
Members get coupons, gifts and benefits on their card. You decide what they get.
Level up
Bronze, silver and gold: the more often your guest comes, the more they get.

When does the member card fit, and when does it not?
A good fit when
Your place is about experience and exclusivity: you want to give regulars something extra without resorting to discount stunts.
You run events or special evenings and want them in front of your loyal core first.
Another card type suits you better
Does almost everyone come for the same thing, and do you simply want them to save? Then a stamp card or a points card is clearer.
Campaigns that work well with members

What does the digital member card cost?
OnMe costs € 50 per month. That covers everything: the member card, the automatic campaigns and the insight into your guests. Every card type sits under the same subscription. See pricing
Do my guests have to download an app?
No. The member card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on every phone. Scan the QR, add the card, done.
Can the member card be invite only?
Yes. You choose whether anyone can become a member or only the people you invite. That way the club stays exactly as exclusive as you want it.
What is the difference with a saver card?
A stamp or points card rewards saving per visit; the member card is about benefits and the feeling of belonging. Combining the two with levels works as well: the more often your guest comes, the more they get.
What are levels?
Bronze, silver and gold. Guests move up a level all by themselves and get more benefits there. You set the thresholds and the benefits per level.
How quickly is the member card live?
Within minutes. We set the card up together with you, carrying your name, your colours and your benefits.
