Lucifer Coffee Roasters runs on habit: whoever is saving picks you again sooner. The paper stamp cards were a drag on that. They got lost, were half full and created admin at the bar.
The challenge
Paper stamp cards: lost, half full and a lot of admin at the bar. And no way at all to reach a guest again.
What OnMe set up
The stamp card digitised into the guest's wallet. Saving without hassle, and a message when it is quiet or the card is nearly full. Registering collects data straight away: guests answer a few short questions about what they like. And offers that used to be newsletter-only now go to every saver card holder too.
