What is a digital points card?
A digital points card is a saver card in Apple and Google Wallet on which the guests of a hospitality business collect points, per euro or per visit. The balance on the card is always up to date, and your guest needs no app for it.
Sending messages to a points card
Because the points card lives in the wallet, OnMe can send automatic messages to it. They arrive as a push notification, without you needing a phone number or an email address.
How the points card works in Apple and Google Wallet
Simple for you and for your guests.
Add the card
Your guest scans the QR at the bar and the card is in Apple or Google Wallet. No app involved.
Collect points
Every visit adds points, per euro or per visit. You do that from the OnMe app.
Redeem
Enough points? You scan the points card with the OnMe app and trade the points for a reward. After that your guest simply keeps saving.

15 to 20% of your guests walk back in within 30 days.
A few points as a gift is all it takes to get a quiet guest back to the table.
Which businesses pick the points card?
Places where guests spend widely different amounts per visit, such as restaurants, take-out and lunchrooms.

Your points card
What does the card look like?
Your venue name, your logo and your brand colours on the card.
When does a guest earn a point?
Per euro, per visit or both. You set the ratio.
What can they redeem?
Merchandise, an exclusive product or a discount: entirely up to you.
Are there levels?
Bronze, silver and gold: a reason to come back more often.
Automatic messages?
A nudge when they have enough points, and campaigns to every saver.
When does the points card fit, and when does it not?
A good fit when
Your guests spend widely different amounts per visit: saving per euro automatically rewards your best guests the most.
You want rewards in different sizes: from a free coffee to a whole evening out.
Another card type suits you better
Does almost everyone come for the same thing, a coffee or a sandwich? Or is your place about exclusivity rather than saving?
Campaigns that work well with points
Points make a campaign concrete: you give a few away on a birthday, after a quiet spell or on a slow evening. Your guest watches the balance grow and has an immediate reason to come back.

What does the digital points card cost?
OnMe costs € 50 per month. That covers everything: the points card, the automatic campaigns and the insight into your guests. Every card type sits under the same subscription. See pricing
Do my guests have to download an app?
No. The points card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on every phone. Scan the QR, add the card, done.
How does a guest earn points?
You or your team add points at the bar or at the till. Per euro, per visit or both: you set the ratio.
What is the difference with a stamp card?
A stamp is one fixed step per visit; points also weigh what a guest spends. If your guests spend widely different amounts per visit, the points card rewards your best guests the most all by itself.
Can I change the saving rules later?
Yes. You can adjust the saving rules, the rewards and the look of the card at any time. Switching to another card type is possible too.
How quickly is the points card live?
Within minutes. We set the card up together with you, carrying your name, your colours and your saving rules.
